  • Handle all customer queries via email and live chat with warmth, speed, and polish
  • Oversee returns, refunds, and post-purchase care in line with our policies
  • Collaborate with operations to solve shipping or order issues
  • Track customer insights and report key feedback to our team
  • Write FAQ updates and improve the customer journey wherever needed

🧬 About You

  • 1+ years in a customer service or support role (fashion retail a plus)
  • Excellent written English and a calm, solution-focused tone
  • Empathetic, detail-oriented, and confident handling issues solo
  • Comfortable working remotely and using tools like Gmail, Shopify, or Notion
