- Analyze campaign data and propose improvements
- Curate aesthetic Pinterest boards and Instagram reels that whisper wealth

📋 Requirements
- Currently enrolled in MBO/HBO/University (Marketing, Fashion, Communications)
- Fluent in English, digitally savvy, naturally creative
- Sharp eye for aesthetics, especially on Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest
- Passion for menswear and content that converts

We’re looking for someone who knows that exceptional service is part of luxury. As our full-time Customer Experience Specialist, you’ll be the voice and heart of Ellis & Bramble—ensuring every customer feels like they’ve found their new favorite brand.
🛍 What You’ll Do
- Handle all customer queries via email and live chat with warmth, speed, and polish
- Oversee returns, refunds, and post-purchase care in line with our policies
- Collaborate with operations to solve shipping or order issues
- Track customer insights and report key feedback to our team
- Write FAQ updates and improve the customer journey wherever needed
🧬 About You
- 1+ years in a customer service or support role (fashion retail a plus)
- Excellent written English and a calm, solution-focused tone
- Empathetic, detail-oriented, and confident handling issues solo
- Comfortable working remotely and using tools like Gmail, Shopify, or Notion
